Eli Dickerson
Eli Dickerson is currently serving as an Ecologist for the Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta, GA. He specializes in a variety of areas but primarily in ecological restoration, environmental education, and old growth forest management. His goals align mostly with environmental protection, as well as educating others to get them excited and involved with the world around them. Eli is an expert on “Champion Trees,” and as a result, he knows the criteria in order to deem a certain tree as one of this group. We interviewed Dickerson to gain insight into the world of Champion Trees like our recently departed “Tech Tower Oak."
